Meatballs in tomato are cooked according to this recipe. From meat, bread, soaked in milk or water and salt, prepare minced meat. Finely chop the onion and mix with minced meat. Form balls of 20-30 g from minced meat, roll them in flour and fry on all sides in hot oil. After frying, transfer the meatballs to a shallow saucepan, add tomato paste, bay leaf, peppercorns, garlic mashed with salt, pour in a glass of broth, cover and simmer over low heat for 10-20 minutes.
